Refund & Return Policy
At Rare Form Works, every item is made in rare form — often printed or crafted one at a time. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and original packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at senditback@rareformworks.com with your order number and reason for return
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping).
Backorders
Products marked as “Available on backorder” are printed on demand. Please allow a few extra days for fulfillment. If we are unable to complete your backordered item for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
