The Rare Form Works 1:10 RC Tire Gluing Jig was created to streamline the process and take out the guesswork.

This jig makes gluing tires cleaner, faster, and more consistent. It holds the tire firmly in place while leaving full access around the bead. You can rotate the jig as you glue, keeping steady pressure on the tire so your bond stays even and strong.

Each RC Tire Gluing Jig is produced with function in mind. The two-piece clamping design allows for reliable seating of tire beads across the full rim. While some jigs can slip or misalign during use, this one is designed to stay steady while you work your way around the wheel.

The RC Tire Gluing Jig was fabricated to endure impacts, head contact, and general mechanical stress, utilizing both PETG and ASA materials. PETG was selected for its excellent balance of toughness, flexibility, and ease of printing, ensuring durability against repeated use and minor collisions.

ASA, on the other hand, was incorporated for its superior UV resistance, high thermal stability, and rigidity, making it particularly suitable for outdoor or high-temperature environments.

The combination of these two materials enhances the overall structural integrity and longevity of the printed part, ensuring consistent performance under demanding physical conditions.
